3. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds will be returned to the original payment account;
Bank or payment institution arrival time is usually 5-10 business days;
Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment institution.

6. Shipping Costs

For returns due to product quality issues, incorrect item delivery, or damage during shipping, we will cover the relevant return shipping costs based on the actual situation.

For returns due to personal reasons, return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable (if applicable).
